Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us at Brand It WA. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges:

  1. Returns Window: You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  3. Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of mind, additional shipping fees may apply.
  4. Product Malfunction or Printing Mistake: We will gladly offer a refund or exchange for any product that is faulty, defective, or differs from what was ordered due to a printing mistake. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.
  5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
  6. Refund Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  7. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will ship out the exchanged item once the original item is received and inspected.
